Lisa's Story
Lisa Talmage is a trained concert flutist, public school music educator, wife, mother, and motorcycle enthusiast.

After retiring from her career as a public school teacher, she pursued her passion for sound healing, feeling a strong connection to the practice as a musician and teacher. She saw this as an opportunity for a second, meaningful career and fully embraced it.

Lisa is passionate about helping others achieve empowerment through a harmonious body/mind/spirit connection. She believes in the interconnectedness of all beings and seeks to enrich the lives of others through her Sound Meditative and Restorative Sessions.

Lisa is a trained Sound Healer and Drum Circle Facilitator with certificates from Meditate: School of Sound Healing and The Center of Light Institute of Sound Healing and Shamanic Studies. She has over 35 years of experience as a private music instructor and holds flute performance and music education degrees.

Lisa lives on the Eastern End of Long Island, in New York, with her husband and their Labrador, Lola the WonderPup. They enjoy family, friendship, live music, and traveling in Harvey the RV. Today, her favorite authors are Neale Donald Walsch & Michael Bernard Beckwith. She adores Chocolate Chip cookies and will binge-watch Outlander or The Mandalorian any day of the week.
